Suitability of the wall composition for wall mounting

Most of our home fitness customers opt for wall mounting – i.e. MIROXX Wall or MIROXX Pro Wall. This installation option is called wall mounting and requires a solid wall. The entire installation is carried out by our service partner Rhenus High Tech.

A wall bracket is fixed firmly to the wall with 12 screws. The MIROXX training device is then firmly attached to the wall bracket – as shown in this video – and is ready for use.

Many walls contain electricity, water or gas pipes. The Rhenus High Tech service team will inspect your chosen installation site with a detector before drilling the holes. Nevertheless, it is important that you confirm with your order that the installation site you have chosen meets the requirements of Wall-Mounting.

Please confirm the following criteria to enable wall mounting in the room you have selected.

    Step 1
    A.) Nature of the wall

    Structure: Solid wall Building material: (one of the 3 criteria must be marked with yes) Wall thickness: min. 18 cm Wall thickness

    Step 2
    B.) Wires in the wall

    At the installation site I have chosen, there are no conflicts with existing cables due to the required drill holes

    Step 3
    C.) Drilling release

    I hereby authorize the Rhenus High Tech service team to drill on the basis of the criteria defined by me under “Condition of the wall” and “Pipes in the wall”.

    The installation of a MIROXX Wall is generally possible. Irrespective of the details and information provided here and the drilling approval granted, the Rhenus High Tech Service Team will check the conditions on site again together with you or a person designated by you (according to the delivery checklist) before installation and on the agreed installation date and obtain additional drilling approval.

    If the information and approvals you have provided regarding A.), B.) and C.) do not correspond to the conditions on site and wall mounting is therefore not possible for safety reasons, you choose the following option: 1.) the MIROXX device you have ordered should remain with you without installation – 2.) the Rhenus High Tech Team should return the MIROXX device you ordered in its original packaging and at your expense in the amount of € 490 to the seller, SmartGo Vertriebs- und Beteiligungs GmbH, Braasstraße 29, 31737 Rinteln, Germany.
