Guideline for returns

If a delivery and assembly date agreed between the Buyer and Rhenus High Tech cannot be achieved due to the Buyer’s fault, Rhenus High Tech shall be obliged to return the device to the central warehouse. The buyer must pay the resulting return delivery costs of € 490. The delivery costs for a new or second delivery incl. Installation costs of € 490 are also to be borne by the buyer.

The aforementioned cost regulation of € 490 for the return of goods (returns) also applies if a private customer makes use of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The service team of “Rhenus High Tech” shall be commissioned exclusively for such a return delivery and the dismantling of the product following prior written notification by the buyer to SmartGo Vertriebs & Beteiligungs GmbH. In such a case, neither “SmartGo Vertriebs & Beteiligungs GmbH” nor “Rhenus High Tech” shall be responsible for the sealing of boreholes or the dismantling of possible structural changes that may have been necessary for the installation of the product at the buyer’s location.
